PRICING $150/hr per magician (no discounts for multiple magicians) $30 premium will be added for all events on a holiday, for the two weekends prior to Easter, for the entire week before and after July 4th, the entire month of October and the first two Saturdays in December If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client Two hour minimum if the event is taking place at the Columbus Zoo, at the Ohio Fairgrounds or expo center during the Ohio State Fair and for events taking place downtown during Red White and Boom Travel fee will apply for events that are more than 40 miles from Columbus, OH FEATURES We will bring our own tables and chairs but the magicians will also roam your event space to entertain your guests REQUIREMENTS 5' x 5' area of space Being set up inside is ALWAYS preferred If event is outside, it must be less than 90F, the space must be level and the artists must be under a covering of some sort which must be provided by the client |
DAY OF COORDINATION
This package is for the DYI Client. You plan it, we execute it. Our day-of coordination service is created to ensure the event you planned runs flawlessly. We will have an initial consultation to discuss the vision of your event and give any recommendations. Then we will have a full details meeting two months before the big day. During this meeting we will review every detail of your event, from beginning to end. We’ll help wrap up loose ends and any last minute details; making sure every I is dotted and every T is crossed. On the event day, you will have nothing to do but sit back and enjoy the day.

$135/hr per ‘BALLOON TWISTER‘ (no discounts for multiple artists). $30 premium (per hour per ‘BALLOON TWISTER‘) will be added for all events on a holiday, for the two weekends prior to Easter, for the entire week before and after July 4th, the entire month of October and the first two Saturdays in December. If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client. Two hour minimum if the event is taking place at the Columbus Zoo, at the Ohio Fairgrounds or expo center during the Ohio State Fair and for events taking place downtown during Red White and Boom A delivery fee will apply if you are further than 30 miles away (calculated based on distance to your desired location). Special large balloon displays are priced according to your needs. Contact us for details. DESCRIPTION Our ‘BALLOON TWISTERS‘ can make just about anything and a great addition to any type of event! FEATURES All balloons provided for your event. Our ‘BALLOON TWISTERS‘ will bring their own tables and chairs. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5′ x 5′ area of space required (more is better however). Area must be free of any and all tripping hazards and no furniture. Being set up inside is ALWAYS preferred! If event is outside, it must be less than 90 degrees, the space must be level and the twister must be under a covering of some sort which must be provided by the client. |

$125/hr per ‘FACE PAINTER‘ (no discounts for multiple painters). $30 premium (per hour per ‘FACE PAINTER‘) will be added for all events on a holiday, for the two weekends prior to Easter, for the entire week before and after July 4th, the entire month of October and the first two Saturdays in December. If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client. Two hour minimum if the event is taking place at the Columbus Zoo, at the Ohio Fairgrounds or expo center during the Ohio State Fair and for events taking place downtown during Red White and Boom A delivery fee will apply if you are further than 30 miles away (calculated based on distance to your desired location). DESCRIPTION Our highly experienced and very talented artists will paint incredible designs on your guests! Honestly, they can paint nearly anything your guests desire! FEATURES Our face painters will bring our own tables and chairs. Area must be free of any and all tripping hazards and no furniture. We can usually get 15 people painted in an hour but that is the maximum. We will bring a catalog of designs from which your guests can choose. REQUIREMENTS Credit card on file (in case of damage). |

TOW-ABLE GENERAC LIGHT TOWERS
If delivery is needed, a delivery fee will apply (calculated based on distance). If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client. DESCRIPTION Need some electric but are too far from a standard outlet? Then we have what you need! We rent two types: ‘TOW-ABLE GENERAC LIGHT TOWERS‘ and ‘QUIET RUN PORTABLE HONDA GENERATORS‘. If you have a need for bright lighting in a large space, we offer a line of ‘TOW-ABLE LIGHT TOWERS‘ that can provide ample lighting as well as power for your event site with rugged enclosures and off-road capability.
REQUIREMENTS Must be placed on a relatively flat surface. Must be placed under a covering if it is raining and the generator needs to be placed outside. Credit card on file in case of damage. |
FOAM PARTY RENTAL - 2 HOUR MINIMUM
- High end, high output foam machine - similar to the ones used in Las Vegas! Requires 1 operator on site for duration.
- Our special Foam formula doesn't hurt grass or clothing, and although clothes get damp, players won't get cold, wet or sticky.
- The Foam solution is 100% Naturally Organic, making it safe for you, your guests and the planet.
- $150 each additional hour
- $45-$60 per hour for a 2nd operator (to help control lines for larger events)
- If Well Water is used, a $199 fee will apply. (Works best if NOT with Well Water.) If item was used with Well Water, without disclosing this intended use at time of booking, you will be charged $200 to $499 (or more, depending on cleaning needs or damage) when item is returned. No exceptions.
