This package is for the DYI Client. You plan it, we execute it.  Our day-of coordination service is created to ensure the event you planned runs flawlessly.  We will have an initial consultation to discuss the vision of your event and give any recommendations.  Then we will have a full details meeting two months before the big day.  During this meeting we will review every detail of your event, from beginning to end.  We’ll help wrap up loose ends and any last minute details; making sure every I is dotted and every T is crossed.  On the event day, you will have nothing to do but sit back and enjoy the day.

We rent two types: ‘TOW-ABLE GENERAC LIGHT TOWERS‘ and ‘QUIET RUN PORTABLE HONDA GENERATORS‘.
If you have a need for bright lighting in a large space, we offer a line of ‘TOW-ABLE LIGHT TOWERS‘ that can provide ample lighting as well as power for your event site with rugged enclosures and off-road capability.

  • Easy and quick set up and simple to operate.
  • The mast extends up to 25′ and includes four 1,050W halogen fixtures providing maximum illumination.
  • Fuel-efficient 6kW generator runs on diesel fuel.

  • High end, high output foam machine - similar to the ones used in Las Vegas! Requires 1 operator on site for duration.
  • Our special Foam formula doesn't hurt grass or clothing, and although clothes get damp, players won't get cold, wet or sticky.
  • The Foam solution is 100% Naturally Organic, making it safe for you, your guests and the planet.
  • $150 each additional hour
  • $45-$60 per hour for a 2nd operator (to help control lines for larger events)
  • If Well Water is used, a $199 fee will apply. (Works best if NOT with Well Water.) If item was used with Well Water, without disclosing this intended use at time of booking, you will be charged $200 to $499 (or more, depending on cleaning needs or damage) when item is returned. No exceptions.
